Asad Memon 2d8a5818fe pw_web: Add a Device helper class to make RPC calls easier
Currently only works for UnaryMethods. Example usage:
```
let device = new Device();
device.connect();
...
const [status, response] =
  await device.rpcs.pw.rpc.EchoService.Echo("Hello");
```
